Fred Jove is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Tanenbaum Harber Insurance Group. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Fred began his career with the international accounting firm of Mann Judd Landau. During his employment there he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and worked his way up to become a senior staff auditor before joining Tanenbaum Harber as a sales agent in 1984.

Fred has led the organization in sales and marketing, carrier relations, administration and claims. After successfully completing course and testing work, he was awarded the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation by the American Institute of Property Casualty Underwriters. He has chaired and served on numerous insurance company and industry councils and committees and community non-profit organizations.

Fred resides in Miami, Florida with his wife and three sons.
